Joker Card Guide CA is run by a small editorial team. We respond to legitimate inquiries within 5 business days. Please pick the right channel for your message — sending the wrong type of request to the wrong place delays everyone.
Important
We cannot help with card-specific issues. We do not have access to card balances, activation systems, or transaction histories. If your card was lost, declined, or shows transactions you don't recognise, please call the customer service number printed on the back of your card or visit jokercard.ca directly.
Editorial corrections
Spotted a factual error in one of our guides? Email editorial@jokercardcanada.com with the URL of the guide, the specific claim that's wrong, and (ideally) the source we should verify against. Verified corrections are made within 5 business days and noted at the bottom of the affected guide.
Privacy and data requests
To exercise your rights under PIPEDA — access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we may hold about you — email privacy@jokercardcanada.com. See our privacy policy for details on what we do and don't collect.
Press, partnerships, and tip-offs
Press inquiries, partnership proposals, and tips about prepaid-card industry changes go to hello@jokercardcanada.com. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored content, or content alterations in exchange for compensation.
Accessibility issues
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA across the site. If you encounter a barrier — keyboard navigation that doesn't work, contrast that's too low, an element a screen reader can't read — please email accessibility@jokercardcanada.com with the page URL, the issue, and the assistive technology you're using. We treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.
What not to send us
- Card numbers, expiry dates, CVV codes, or any other payment information. We will delete such messages on receipt.
- Requests to look up your balance, activate your card, or process refunds. We do not have these capabilities.
- Marketing pitches for unrelated products.
